COVID-19 Health and Safety

At a minimum, conference organizers will meet health and safety protocols set by state and local government as well as requirements by Washington University in St. Louis. Organizers will monitor the trajectory of the pandemic and will make adjustments as needed.

AEESP 2022 is following CDC guidelines regarding travel.  Registered conference participants who test positive for COVID-19 prior to the conference should not travel until a full 10 days after symptoms started or the date of their positive test was taken if they had no symptoms.

AEESP 2022 will be a vaccination required meeting. All attendees medically eligible will need to be fully vaccinated by June 14, 2022, 14 days from the start of AEESP 2022. Booster shots will not be required but are strongly encouraged. Proof of vaccination will be required. Failure to comply could lead to removal from the venue or other disciplinary action. Our main priority is guest safety. If you are NOT medically eligible to be fully vaccinated by June 14, 2022, please contact organizers prior to registration.

Effective March 14, 2022, masking is optional for all spaces on the Danforth Campus of Washington University. See the Danforth Campus Mask Policy for more information. We look forward to welcoming you in person this summer!
